Custom Battery Design
LTC offers custom battery design by working with you to select cells which meet your power and energy requirements, determining the communication and safety features of the battery management system and then designing the package to conform to your physical requirements.

Below is an example of a nominal 360 V high power battery capable of 500A pulses for weapons application. The battery consists of a 100 series string UHP DD cells. The CAD drawing illustrates the assembly design. The assembly and wiring of the BMS and control relays can be seen in the photograph.
